Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be returned to our warehouse.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Sale items are non-returnable.
- Products returned without prior authorization or to an incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Amount
- Opened or used products: Full purchase price minus a $14.99 return processing fee.
- Unopened products: Full purchase price.
As part of our sustainability initiative, we also offer an alternative: keep your product and receive a 50% refund, helping reduce the environmental impact of return shipping. Contact us to request this option.
Refund Method
Returns and exchanges are typically processed as store credit, which can be applied toward any item in our store. In select cases, a refund to the original payment method may be issued at our discretion.
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- If a refund is issued to your original payment method, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 7β10 business days to post the credit to your account.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order will begin processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
- Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
- We will do our best to accommodate all cancellation requests submitted in a timely manner.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will send a replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
- In most cases, return of the damaged item is not required.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Digital products (e-books, downloadable content, etc.)
- Products returned without prior authorization.
- Products returned to an incorrect address.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns on orders over $50.
- Please retain your tracking number until your refund has been fully processed.
Reserved Rights
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in the following circumstances:
- Excessive return patterns or repeated returns from the same customer.
- Suspected fraud or abuse of our return policy.
- Products returned in unsellable condition due to customer damage.
Our goal is to be fair to all customers while maintaining a policy that is not subject to abuse.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and honor our 30-day guarantee. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first:
- We will provide documentation of our guarantee and transaction history to your bank.
- We will cooperate fully with your card issuerβs investigation.
- Future orders from that account may require alternative payment methods.
